Create a Shortcut (for some reason called Widget since Honeycomb) and select LiveFolder Shortcuts to list the available Live Folders installed on your system.

Select a Live Folder to add it to the launcher as a shortcut. 

Launching the shortcut opens the LiveFolder content provider List Activity.

Select an item from the list to start the LiveFolder's intent.
